Stand construction and alterations are strictly prohibited while the fair is open. Decorative textiles and carpet tiles must have a valid B1Q1 fire-safety certificate or proof of appropriate fire-retardant treatment.
Helium balloons are strictly prohibited!

No dismantling or removal of exhibits is permitted before the fair has officially closed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of € 300,-.

Stand construction can be ordered through the fair organiser and will be provided by our stand construction partner.
The maximum stand height is 250cm. Exceptions require prior approval from the fair organiser.
Lockable storage rooms can be ordered with the registration form. Please inform us of your requirements no later than two weeks before the fair.
Disposal of small amounts of waste, cardboard and foldable packaging is included in the rental fee. All bulky waste, including disposable carpets, must be removed by the exhibitor.
A disposal fee of € 10,- per m² will be charged for disposable carpets left in the hall. Furniture or other bulky items left behind will be charged at € 120,- per m³.
You will receive one free exhibitor badge for every 4m² of stand space or part thereof. Each additional badge costs € 21,-.
Badges can be collected from the fair office on site from the first setup day.
If your staff changes during the fair, badges may be left at the fair office for collection by the next team member.
Each exhibitor will receive one free ticket for every 4m² of rented stand space or part thereof.
You may also order any number of ticket vouchers to invite business partners, friends and other guests. Each voucher must be stamped by the inviting exhibitor.
Only vouchers actually redeemed by guests will be charged, at a net price of € 8,- each. Please use the designated order form.
Parking for cars in the public parking area in front of Arena Nova is free of charge. Free parking for vans and trucks is also available on request in a restricted area with direct access to the exhibition hall.
Please include your company name in the delivery address. Deliveries are possible from the Wednesday preceding the fair.

During setup and dismantling, the exhibition premises are generally accessible to participating companies and their stand construction contractors. Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods, equipment and exhibits. The fair organiser cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.
Deliveries must normally be accepted by the exhibitor or an authorised representative on site. In exceptional cases, the fair office may accept deliveries during setup hours but cannot assume responsibility for their quantity, condition, contents or whereabouts.
The exhibition halls are locked overnight. Nevertheless, the fair organiser cannot accept liability for exhibits or equipment. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own insurance, as exhibits are not covered by any general event insurance.
